Why we need this data

Thinkwise Software processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To give you a call you if this is necessary to be able to carry out our services

  • To analyze your online behavior on the website in order to improve our website and to tailor our products and services to your preferences

Thinkwise will not retain your personal data for longer than:

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others, unless a legal obligation exists in this respect.

Web Browser Cookies

Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance the User experience. The User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and to track information about them. Cookies can always be removed from your computer, via your browser.

How to view, modify or remove your personal data

As a User you have the right to view your personal data. You can ask us which personal data we retain about you. And for what purposes we use your personal data. In that case, please send us a letter, requesting access to your personal data. State your name, address and telephone number in the letter. Please also enclose a copy of your driver’s license, passport or ID. We need to ascertain that you are the person related to the personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to correct your personal data if this is inaccurate, incomplete or not processed in accordance with the law. Please write to us if you wish to exercise this right. You will find our postal address on the contact page.


Thinkwise Software takes the protection of your data very seriously and takes appropriate measures against improper use, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unlawful alteration. Thinkwise Software has taken the following measures to protect your personal data:

  • Security software, such as a virus scanner and a firewall.
  • We send your data via a secure internet connection (SSL). This can be seen by the ‘https’ and the small padlock in the address line.
  • DKIM and SPF are two internet standards that we use to prevent you receiving e-mails on our behalf containing viruses, spam or that are intended to obtain personal (login) data.
Changes to this privacy policy

Thinkwise has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do so, we will revise the date of the update at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
