Vitas and Thinkwise work together to help organizations with application modernization and low-code deployments. Through the Vitas Young Talent program, we train professionals in the Thinkwise platform, including modules such as Software Factory, Actwise and IAM. In addition, the focus is on softskill and organizational training, guidance from technology (SQL, data models and logic) as well as the human side (quarterly quarterly evaluations with client and trainee). Vitas helps organizations to get young talent on board by taking care of recruitment, assessments and the above mentioned training and guidance during the first year.

What sets Vitas Young Talent apart is the customized development program. This 18-month track combines technical depth (such as Scrum, DevOps and current IT certifications including practical assignments offered) with soft skills training and personal coaching. Training in the client's technical domain is the starting point.
Within this development program, we use the Vitas Academy. The Vitas Academy is responsible for developing, deepening and securing professionalism before, during and alongside deployment with clients. In this way, young professionals not only become stronger in terms of subject matter, but also in terms of communication and cooperation. Each participant receives a mentor and fixed evaluation moments, so that progress and development are continuously monitored.
Upon completion of the program, candidates are employed by the client. This ensures continuity and commitment, while Vitas takes care of the entire process: from recruitment and selection to coaching and training.
