The collaboration between Thinkwise and Sogyo focuses on training highly analytical, STEM-educated talent to become model-based software engineers. Sogyo's training includes Domain Driven Design (DDD), SQL, databases and specific Thinkwise training.
After a careful match between engineer and a Thinkwise user organization, the engineer will contribute directly to building and maintaining applications on the Thinkwise platform. The engineer can join the company after a successful secondment period. This partnership ensures companies access to high-quality expertise and strengthens the community of Thinkwise engineers through targeted talent development.

Within the Academy, new talents go through an intensive and extensive training program. This goes beyond just coding; it focuses on a wide range of disciplines essential to modern software development, such as Domain Driven Design (DDD), OO design, a deep dive into databases and SQL and various specialized technologies.
The focus is on developing both technical skills and analytical thinking skills so that engineers can understand and solve complex issues.
After successful completion of the Academy, engineers are carefully matched with Sogyo customers. This match is crucial: both technical requirements and the development needs and ambitions of the engineer and the organization are considered. The engineers contribute directly to building and maintaining business-critical applications in complex IT environments.
