LinkedIn is an important tool for helping you as a person, but also companies to be visible and reach your professional goals, whether it is to obtain a job, create your professional network or promote your projects. How do you best engage with people there? How do you overcome your LinkedIn anxiety? During this workshop we will look at the algorithm that affects the platform’s interaction and explore practical tactics for LinkedIn engagement.
Marcell works at the HAN International School of Business (ISB) in alumni relations and recruitment of students. He did communication studies at the HAN and afterwards a master in New Media and Digital Culture at Utrecht University. During his master he wrote papers on how to create (perceived) trusts on LinkedIn and uses LinkedIn as a tool to reach HAN ISB alumni.
