You have no software development department and contract Thinkwise or one of its partners to carry out the development.

Performing new and/or additional development together

You have employees who are able to set up the requirements and the business model. If the application logic is contracted out, it is not necessary to employ your own programmers. But you can still carry out 80% of the project yourself. This means that you will create your own application and you remain fully in control. In practice the realization is frequently carried out in cooperation with Thinkwise and after the implementation you will take over further development.
